Implementation Specialist

• Lead a portfolio of client-facing implementation projects, defining business requirements (new products, new regulations etc) and supporting clients with data mapping to the FIRE data schema
• Be the subject matter expert in one family of regulatory reports and stay updated on regulatory changes liaising with clients and other experts in the industry.
• Provide subject matter expertise in the construction and update of a family of regulatory returns in partnership with our Lead Engineers.
• Supporting the Customer Success team by providing specialist input to client queries under BAU conditions
• Develop and enhance documentation and training materials for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor and educate junior Implementation Specialists and Engineers with your regulatory knowledge.
• Elevate Suade’s presence in the regulatory space and work with our Sales and Marketing teams in presentations and events where regulatory knowledge is required.

• Support Suade's Account Executive team to build and close our sales pipeline.
• Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
• Set up meetings or calls between prospects and Suade's AEs.
• Research and prospect clients in new regions.
• Meticulously record all sales activity in our CRM, to enable data-driven decision making.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in our industry.

• Translate regulatory requirements into code (SQL & Python)
• Design and build automation tools to support validation and submission processes
• Contribute to code reviews, technical design discussions, and engineering planning

Fintech Graduate Software Engineer – Backend

• As part of the RegTech Engineering team, you will use your financial expertise and coding knowledge to lead the architecture, development and expansion of our regulatory portfolio.
• You will work closely with our Project Managers and Business Analyst and you will build upon your past-experience to:
• Contribute to the delivery of our product roadmap using the best technology existing in the regulatory space. You will collaborate with other engineers who are as passionate as you are at stopping the next financial crisis.
• Grow your coding and regulatory skills and become responsible for part of our portfolio, becoming the internal reference within the team.
• Contribute with new ideas to the architecture of the platform, and see some of those ideas implemented.
• Understand the main problems what we solving with our product. Listen to client calls and participate on internal reviews and design sessions to keep our product up to date.
