About the role

  • Partner with the Group President and other leadership to provide oversight on all financial matters within the assigned Operating Groups.
  • Own the development and management of yearly budgets and quarterly forecasts for assigned Operating Groups, providing strategic insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
  • Oversee the month-end close process for assigned Operating Groups, ensuring that revenue recognition aligns with corporate policies.
  • Present Operating Group financials at monthly business reviews with Corporate Leadership.
  • Collaborate with the Project Analyst Lead to understand material project issues and their effect on financials.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to financial analyst to support the broader objectives of the business.
  • Oversee variance analysis, overhead expenditure analysis, and accurate and ongoing maintenance of forecast schedules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in finance.
  • Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems
