About the role
- Lead and conversion leadership of a team of Client Success Partners
- Operate and enforce qualification standards and CRM discipline
- Lead regular lead pipeline reviews
- Oversee the intake, qualification, and routing of opportunities into the STS process
- Activate and support advisor relationships within existing referral partner networks
- Partner closely with Managing Directors to support effective opportunity progression
- Collaborate with the marketing team for effective feedback and handoff of interest into lead management
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in senior sales management, ideally within financial services or professional services environments
- Proven experience operating in referral‑based and indirect sales environments
- Demonstrated capability managing and scaling opportunity pipelines
- Strong track record of leading, coaching, and developing sales teams
- Solid understanding of founder‑led businesses and strategic buyer dynamics
- Advanced proficiency with CRM systems, using data, reporting, and dashboards to drive pipeline visibility; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
