About the role

  • Lead and conversion leadership of a team of Client Success Partners
  • Operate and enforce qualification standards and CRM discipline
  • Lead regular lead pipeline reviews
  • Oversee the intake, qualification, and routing of opportunities into the STS process
  • Activate and support advisor relationships within existing referral partner networks
  • Partner closely with Managing Directors to support effective opportunity progression
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for effective feedback and handoff of interest into lead management

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in senior sales management, ideally within financial services or professional services environments
  • Proven experience operating in referral‑based and indirect sales environments
  • Demonstrated capability managing and scaling opportunity pipelines
  • Strong track record of leading, coaching, and developing sales teams
  • Solid understanding of founder‑led businesses and strategic buyer dynamics
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM systems, using data, reporting, and dashboards to drive pipeline visibility; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
