About the role
- Develop and assist with the implementation of sales and marketing programs for a specific product or product line
- Develop and analyze sales reports to provide market trends
- Provide support to internal and external sales staff
- Customer facing responsibilities include presentations, sales calls and surgical case support
- Collaborate with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation
- Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing program for the successful introduction, marketing and sale of assigned products
- Establish and monitor product life cycles (forecasting)
- Develop core marketing materials for sales force and collaborate with US personnel
- Facilitate product training requirements for sales force and other personnel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years of work experience required
- Med tech and or healthcare industry experience
- Ability to travel (up to 30% of the time)
- Preferred: Sciences, Kinesiology, Business or Marketing background
- MBA preferred
- 2+ years medical device experience preferred
- 2+ years of marketing experience preferred
- Customer facing experience preferred
- Experience in Healthcare field preferred
- Bilingual (French and English) preferred
