About the role
- Manage end-to-end FP&A responsibilities for approximately $160M in annual R&D spend across global functions.
- Perform financial modeling and strategic analysis to guide decisions on new product development and clinical trial investments.
- Lead monthly close activities, including journal entries, variance analysis, and insightful reporting with commentary.
- Build annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans in collaboration with R&D and Clinical leadership.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to drive business results.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to support performance tracking and decision-making.
- Prepare high-quality financial presentations and materials for senior leadership.
- Drive process improvements to streamline financial reporting and enhance business support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
- Experience building dashboards in Power BI.
- CPA or CMA certification.
