About the role
- Administer and enhance the division’s training program in the LMS to ensure alignment with QMS requirements
- Establish, update, and evaluate training curricula, user groups, and assignments to maintain accurate compliance
- Collaborate with process owners and managers to define training needs and ensure employees receive correct, timely assignments
- Monitor training effectiveness through metrics such as assignment accuracy, completion rates, and audit-readiness
- Support daily QMS workflows, including documentation and system upkeep
- Partner with divisional and cross-divisional teams to coordinate training for employees supporting Ortho Tech processes
- Coordinate with Corporate LMS Shared Services to maintain consistent LMS functionality and administration
- Provide user support by troubleshooting LMS inquiries and resolving assignment issues
- Contribute to departmental QMS discussions and support additional QMS tasks beyond training
Requirements
- High school diploma with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Experience working in a regulated industry
- LMS administration experience
- Experience with LMS software, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience interfacing with various departments
- Familiarity with QMS principles
