About the role
- Strategically promote and sell Stryker Orthopaedic Instruments products
- Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings
- Demonstrate the value of products to clients
- Track territory progress and report to the Regional Manager
- Solve product problems for clients and inform staff about product use and maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or b2b sales preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University with at least 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication
- Ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records
- Ability to communicate / present to large groups of people
- Unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment
