About the role

  • Strategically promote and sell Stryker Orthopaedic Instruments products
  • Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings
  • Demonstrate the value of products to clients
  • Track territory progress and report to the Regional Manager
  • Solve product problems for clients and inform staff about product use and maintenance
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers as needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or b2b sales preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University with at least 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication
  • Ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records
  • Ability to communicate / present to large groups of people
  • Unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment
