About the role
- Partner closely with Sales Representative(s) to learn the medical device industry and Upper Extremities business
- Contribute to the growth of that business in the assigned territory
- Attend surgeries to ensure all products are available for surgeon use
- Educate doctors, nurses, and staff regarding product use and functionality
- Work with sales teams to identify sales opportunities and deliver excellent customer service
- Tailor Stryker’s promotional message based upon knowledge of the customer
- Assist in inventory management and Customer Purchase Orders (POs)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s degree or Medical Certification ( i.e. CST, PT, CPT, etc.) + at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience
- High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience
- 4+ years of active duty military service
