About the role
- Drive sales and market development of the Visualization & Communication portfolio across your territory
- Take full ownership of your territory and sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, hospital administration and procurement
- Drive and manage complex tender processes (framework and volume-based agreements)
- Implement marketing and sales strategies aligned with Nordic objectives
- Conduct impactful product demonstrations in OR settings and clinical workshops
- Advise and train surgical staff on product use
- Prepare and manage orders, ensuring seamless follow-up and high customer satisfaction
- Represent Stryker at congresses, trade fairs and professional meetings to expand your network and identify new business opportunities
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience within medical devices, pharmaceutical or comparable healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of the Swedish healthcare landscape
- Experience working in tender-driven environments (highly preferred)
- A University degree in medical technology, health management, business, science or a technical field
- A passion for selling complex products and delivering high-level customer service
- The ability to balance relationship-building with disciplined administrative execution
- A valid driving license
- Fluent Swedish and strong English skills (written and spoken)
