About the role

  • Drive sales and market development of the Visualization & Communication portfolio across your territory
  • Take full ownership of your territory and sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, hospital administration and procurement
  • Drive and manage complex tender processes (framework and volume-based agreements)
  • Implement marketing and sales strategies aligned with Nordic objectives
  • Conduct impactful product demonstrations in OR settings and clinical workshops
  • Advise and train surgical staff on product use
  • Prepare and manage orders, ensuring seamless follow-up and high customer satisfaction
  • Represent Stryker at congresses, trade fairs and professional meetings to expand your network and identify new business opportunities

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience within medical devices, pharmaceutical or comparable healthcare industry
  • Strong understanding of the Swedish healthcare landscape
  • Experience working in tender-driven environments (highly preferred)
  • A University degree in medical technology, health management, business, science or a technical field
  • A passion for selling complex products and delivering high-level customer service
  • The ability to balance relationship-building with disciplined administrative execution
  • A valid driving license
  • Fluent Swedish and strong English skills (written and spoken)
