About the role
- Support the strategic promotion and sales of Stryker's Enabling Technologies and orthopedic solutions
- Track sales performance and territory progress toward quota
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Manager and supporting Sales Representatives
- Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room (OR) and clinical office settings
- Demonstrate the clinical and economic value of Stryker products
- Educate surgeons, nurses, and staff on the correct use and maintenance
- Maintain and manage sample product inventory
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- 1+ year of experience in medical device sales or business-to-business (B2B) sales
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able and willing to work off-hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
