About the role

  • Support the strategic promotion and sales of Stryker's Enabling Technologies and orthopedic solutions
  • Track sales performance and territory progress toward quota
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Manager and supporting Sales Representatives
  • Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room (OR) and clinical office settings
  • Demonstrate the clinical and economic value of Stryker products
  • Educate surgeons, nurses, and staff on the correct use and maintenance
  • Maintain and manage sample product inventory

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 1+ year of experience in medical device sales or business-to-business (B2B) sales
  • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be able and willing to work off-hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
