About the role
- Monitor competitors, market dynamics, and penetration trends to inform strategic decisions
- Conduct market research to uncover unmet customer needs and translate insights into actionable opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders
- Track and analyze market trends, proactively adjusting strategies
- Elevate team understanding of industry standards
- Lead and collaborate cross-functionally through the New Product Development Process
- Drive portfolio strategy and product lifecycle management

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of work experience
- MBA preferred
- Minimum 4 years Marketing, sales or engineering experience
