Serve as a member of the Global Privacy Operations team
Support the global privacy program and its processes
Partner closely with other members of the program team and privacy counsel
Work within the frameworks of privacy, compliance, and security
Guide internal stakeholders through privacy requirements
Respond to requests within the purview of the program
Support the receipt, management, and appropriate response to inquiries regarding privacy practices
Conduct and review Data Privacy Impact Assessments
Assist with the review, assessment, and response to individual rights requests
Support ongoing auditing and monitoring activities
Foster a continuous improvement mindset
Propose enhancements to the privacy program and strategies
Maintain knowledge of Stryker’s product lines and competitive environment
Monitor and track the status of privacy requests and assessments
Identify system or process improvements that increase efficiency, enhance compliance, or reduce costs to the business.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of work experience
Demonstrated privacy experience
Privacy/data protection certification (IAPP, CIPP-US, CIPP-E, CIPM) (preferred)
Experience building privacy compliance operational programs (preferred)
Experience with DPIA and DSR programs (preferred)
Experience working in large organizations (preferred)
Experience in healthcare organizations (preferred)
Experience working with ServiceNow, OneTrust, or similar tools (preferred)
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (preferred)
Experience managing cookie governance (preferred)
Demonstrated commitment to promoting Stryker’s culture of integrity and compliance
Experience supporting high-volume or complex work in a timely and thorough manner with minimal rework (preferred).
