About the role
- Manage creative design strategy by developing design concepts that align with communication goals, brand guidelines and business priorities.
- Oversee the design process, serving as a design partner to stakeholders, providing guidance on visual storytelling, messaging hierarchy, and design best practices.
- Lead planning and execution of design projects from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring timelines, expectations, and deliverables are clearly defined and met.
- Own creative development for major initiatives and divisional programs, including leadership communications, change initiatives and large-scale events.
- Contribute to defining and evolving creative standards, templates and visual systems that scale across the organization.
- Ensure all design work strengthens brand alignment and supports a cohesive, professional visual identity.
- Develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Design visual assets across a variety of formats, including presentations, campaign graphics, digital channels, event collateral and more.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Advertising, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of professional graphic design experience post Bachelors.
- Experience building marketing campaigns, digital, and physical materials in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Must be able to provide a portfolio showcasing a range of projects, with an emphasis on brand consistency, storytelling and impact.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, highly matrixed corporate environment
- Training on and/or experience with UI/UX fundamentals and digital content design
- Experience using collaborative platforms like Miro, FigJam, or Figma
- Demonstrated experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Asana, or Monday.com
- Experience leading or contributing to large-scale events or campaigns (National Sales Meetings, product launches)
