About the role

  • Lead process optimization initiatives that improve forecasting, reporting accuracy, and financial efficiency across the business.
  • Manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range financial plans while coordinating cross‑functional inputs and timelines.
  • Analyze financial performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, delivering insights that support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate scenarios, investments, and strategic business initiatives with minimal oversight.
  • Enhance existing models and forecasting methodologies to increase accuracy, reliability, and ease of use for business partners.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with leaders across functions to align priorities, influence financial outcomes, and support business growth.
  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting packages—including key metrics, variance analysis, and actionable recommendations—for recurring and ad hoc needs.
  • Support month‑end close and ensure compliance with accounting policies by partnering closely with Accounting and Accounts Payable teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related business roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, general ledger concepts, accruals, and prepaid expenses.
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis and business partnering.
  • Experience with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, or ThinkCell preferred.
  • Additional certifications in finance or accounting (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
Benefits
  • $89,300 - $193,400 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.
