About the role
- In-depth medical market, user, and customer experience to provide product road-map guidance
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to define functional and technical requirements
- Manage expectations with internal capabilities and balances constraint, write users stories and generate acceptance criteria
- Focus on planning; stay 1-2 releases ahead of team; frequently groom the backlog
- Plan and lead Demo Day sessions; provide input on development achievements
- Work with the Scrum Master to ensure the team provides accurate estimates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering/ Computer Science or related discipline
- 6+ years of work experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Certified Product Owner (CSPO) certification
- Proficiency working between complex systems and matrixed organizations
- Strong Communication and Problem Solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management skills
