About the role

  • Promote and sell medical device solutions, including Stryker Spine & Cranial Navigation, Imaging Systems, and Surgical Planning Software
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts by delivering excellent service
  • Confidently conduct product evaluations in the operating room and office settings
  • Educate and train surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff on the proper use
  • Analyze sales performance and territory data using CRM tools to develop growth strategies
  • Collaborate and communicate with Regional Sales Manager and cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • High school diploma or 6 years of equivalent professional work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of B2B sales or medical device sales experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding quotas
  • Prior experience in operating room sales support or clinical selling environments
  • Must have a valid driver's license
