About the role
- Promote and sell medical device solutions, including Stryker Spine & Cranial Navigation, Imaging Systems, and Surgical Planning Software
- Achieve or exceed sales targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts by delivering excellent service
- Confidently conduct product evaluations in the operating room and office settings
- Educate and train surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff on the proper use
- Analyze sales performance and territory data using CRM tools to develop growth strategies
- Collaborate and communicate with Regional Sales Manager and cross-functional teams
Requirements
- High school diploma or 6 years of equivalent professional work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of B2B sales or medical device sales experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding quotas
- Prior experience in operating room sales support or clinical selling environments
- Must have a valid driver's license
