About the role

  • Manage multiple databases for CMF marketing & strategic sales teams
  • Assist with the planning, design, and build of data visualization platforms
  • Help improve and source master data assets
  • Support program operations by managing and updating databases
  • Track and report KPIs to leadership and sales
  • Understand customer needs and maintain customer engagement
  • Develop strategic selling platforms leveraging Microsoft Power Platform
  • Create marketing strategies to enhance customer-business relationships
  • Analyze customer satisfaction trends and incorporate into strategic planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of work experience required
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) & Power BI report building
  • Knowledge within the craniomaxillofacial space
