💰 $138,000 - $152,000 per year
About the role
- Overseeing and driving sales activities within a specific geographic area or region for the Acute Care business unit
- Managing the direct sales team, strategizing, monitoring team performance
- Building client relationships and collaborating closely with other service teams
- Focusing on the development of Sales Account Managers and customers to create greater loyalty
- Developing strategy and objectives to achieve financial plans for the Region by revenue growth, share and profitability
- Providing leadership, coaching and direction to the team
- Developing and maintaining Key Opinion Leader relationships at Executive level
- Managing customer and employee issues effectively
- Providing feedback and input to management regarding market, competition, and field
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Valid driver license in the state of residence with a good driving record
- 5+ years’ experience in sales (preferred)
- 2+ years’ experience in medical devices/disposables/capital equipment (preferred)
- Previous management experience (preferred)
