About the role
- The Territory Manager is responsible for the supervision of his/her sales district and respective sales/turnover.
- He/She optimizes customer service and increases the acquisition of new customers.
- An operational manager responsible for the quality of service provided to main customers after product implementation.
- Works closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction through awareness and ongoing development of work processes.
- Acquisition of new customers.
- Planning, executing, and monitoring all measures necessary to guarantee achieving budget.
- Supervision, development, and engagement of the assigned sales team.
- Control all resources and materials in related sales area.
- Optimize resources and responsibility for running a profitable business in the assigned area.
Requirements
- From 6 years of experience in a Sales role in Medical Devices industry
- Experience with hospital stakeholders (Surgeons, Nurses, Technical Services, Procurement)
- Native or C2 level of Italian with intermediate level of English (B2)
- Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales or Marketing or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, technical field.
