About the role
- Lead cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met
- Develop and own integrated program plans, including work breakdown structures, detailed schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans
- Conduct manufacturing and market analyses to compare production scenarios across countries, including cost, savings, and operational impact
- Build financial and operational models to evaluate scenarios such as product transfers to Puerto Rico
- Prepare clear recommendations and executive-ready materials to support the Senior Director of Manufacturing in strategic decision-making
- Manage stakeholders globally by planning and executing structured communication and engagement strategies
- Monitor program performance against milestones, costs, and risks, escalating issues and driving corrective actions as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience in program management, operations, manufacturing, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing program schedules and budgets
- Advanced Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- Project management certification (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or operations-focused roles preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization or analytics tools such as Power BI preferred
