About the role
- Project manages critical HR projects and processes.
- Ownership of continuous improvement of country policies and projects.
- Supports organizational change projects in partnership with HR Operations.
- Partners with HR Leaders to assess reporting needs.
- Oversees the management of the geographic Q12 process.
- Supports the assigned business units regarding Gallup administration.
- Processes and validates year-end bonus planning and payout.
- Manages the monthly induction day program for new hires.
- Manages additional projects or responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated high level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in creating reports, assessing, manipulating and presenting data.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive execution while always meeting deadlines.
- Fluency in English required.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Ideally multiple years of relevant work experience in a matrix environment.
- Experience using Workday preferred.
- Fluency in Dutch and/or French would be considered an advantage.
