About the role
- You are the technical contact for our customers in ambulance services, fire stations, the Bundeswehr, hospitals, and public and governmental institutions.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on medical devices such as electro-hydraulic stretchers, defibrillators, hospital beds, mechanical chest compression devices, emergency trolleys, patient loading systems and temperature management systems.
- Perform safety inspections (STK), measurement checks (MTK) and DGUV measurements (German Statutory Accident Insurance) on our equipment.
- Independently coordinate customer appointments and organize your own service assignments.
- Document all contractually agreed service activities in compliance with legal requirements and standards.
- Support larger customer projects across Germany.
Requirements
- Completed technical training in medical technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field.
- Professional experience in the maintenance and servicing of technical equipment, in assembly, or as a field service technician.
- Knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanics and hydraulics.
- Confident user of the MS Office suite.
- Excellent German language skills and good English skills.
