About the role

  • Independently manage and develop the sales territory (NRW, excluding Münsterland) in the field of neurovascular therapies.
  • Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships in clinics and hospitals.
  • Conduct negotiations with chief physicians, hospital administrations and purchasing departments.
  • Advise and train medical professionals on the safe clinical use of our products (angiography, interventional radiology).
  • Plan and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue.
  • Attend trade shows, congresses and business meetings to acquire new customers and analyze the market.
  • Monitor market and competitor developments to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Medical Engineering, Health Economics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Alternatively: extensive experience in interventional radiology / neuroradiology.
  • At least 1–2 years of sales experience as a Sales Representative in medical technology, or as a Clinical Specialist.
  • Strong communication skills, confident demeanour and enthusiasm for consultative sales.
  • High level of personal responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking and flexibility.
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Valid Class B driver's license.
  • Knowledge in interventional radiology or neuroradiology.
