About the role
- Lead the planning, installation, configuration and validation of Vocera communication systems.
- Work with clinical teams to understand workflows and turn requirements into scalable system designs.
- Integrate Vocera with nurse call, patient monitoring, EHRs, phone systems and other hospital technologies.
- Deliver clear, engaging training to customer IT teams and support staff.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, optimise system performance and support customers through complex challenges.
- Communicate proactively with customers, project teams and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor internal colleagues and contribute to a strong, collaborative team culture.
- Maintain the highest standards of data security and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in technical support or implementation across Windows & Linux environments
- Experience in healthcare highly advantageous
- Strong networking skills
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, network security and load balancers highly advantageous
- Experience integrating nurse call or monitoring systems highly regarded
