About the role

  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Planning, executing and monitoring of all measures necessary to guarantee achieving budget
  • Supervision, development and engagement of the assigned sales team
  • Control all resources and materials in related sales area
  • Optimize resources and responsibility for running a profitable business
  • Coordination of distribution and logistics of the product
  • Customer care for physicians, surgical/theatre staff and hospital administration
  • Implement national strategy in terms of referrals program, education, marketing
  • Be responsible for the accuracy of the forecast
  • Prepare regular business reviews to be shared with manager
  • Supervise agents/dealer activity
  • Conduct training with PM/BDM where necessary to internal and/or external stakeholders
  • Take accountability of the KOLs
  • Conduct price negotiations and contractual preparation within in-house guidelines

Requirements

  • From 6 years of experience in a Sales role in Medical Devices industry
  • Experience with hospital stakeholders (Surgeons, Nurses, Technical Services, Procurement)
  • Native or C2 level of Italian with intermediate level of English (B2)
  • Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales or Marketing or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, technical field.
