About the role
- Acquisition of new customers
- Planning, executing and monitoring of all measures necessary to guarantee achieving budget
- Supervision, development and engagement of the assigned sales team
- Control all resources and materials in related sales area
- Optimize resources and responsibility for running a profitable business
- Coordination of distribution and logistics of the product
- Customer care for physicians, surgical/theatre staff and hospital administration
- Implement national strategy in terms of referrals program, education, marketing
- Be responsible for the accuracy of the forecast
- Prepare regular business reviews to be shared with manager
- Supervise agents/dealer activity
- Conduct training with PM/BDM where necessary to internal and/or external stakeholders
- Take accountability of the KOLs
- Conduct price negotiations and contractual preparation within in-house guidelines
Requirements
- From 6 years of experience in a Sales role in Medical Devices industry
- Experience with hospital stakeholders (Surgeons, Nurses, Technical Services, Procurement)
- Native or C2 level of Italian with intermediate level of English (B2)
- Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales or Marketing or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, technical field.
