About the role
- Own and grow the Joint Replacement business across the assigned territory
- Drive new business development while managing and expanding existing accounts
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital stakeholders
- Provide expert product support and case coverage in theatre
- Develop and execute structured territory business plans, including pipeline and forecasting
- Position Stryker’s Joint Replacement portfolio through a consultative, value-led sales approach
- Collaborate cross-functionally and act as a role model within the sales team
- Operate with the highest standards of ethics, compliance, and professionalism
Requirements
- 6+ years of successful sales experience, ideally within medical devices
- Joint Replacement experience strongly preferred; related implants, trauma, sports medicine, or similar backgrounds considered
- Proven track record of consistent performance
- Strong understanding of the medical device environment and relevant regulations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Valid driving licence
