About the role

  • Own and grow the Joint Replacement business across the assigned territory
  • Drive new business development while managing and expanding existing accounts
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital stakeholders
  • Provide expert product support and case coverage in theatre
  • Develop and execute structured territory business plans, including pipeline and forecasting
  • Position Stryker’s Joint Replacement portfolio through a consultative, value-led sales approach
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and act as a role model within the sales team
  • Operate with the highest standards of ethics, compliance, and professionalism

Requirements

  • 6+ years of successful sales experience, ideally within medical devices
  • Joint Replacement experience strongly preferred; related implants, trauma, sports medicine, or similar backgrounds considered
  • Proven track record of consistent performance
  • Strong understanding of the medical device environment and relevant regulations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Valid driving licence
