About the role
- Support existing customers and work closely with the sales team
- Advise and train physicians and operating room staff on our products — both in workshops and during direct use in the OR
- Independently plan and prioritize customer appointments in close coordination with the field sales team
- Actively participate in trade shows, congresses and professional conferences to present the product portfolio
Requirements
- Several years of experience in the operating room (e.g., as an operating theatre assistant (OTA), OR manager, or OR nurse), ideally with knowledge of endoprosthetics, orthopedics and robotics
- Enthusiasm for medical technology and solid knowledge of the healthcare market
- Strong customer and service orientation and absolute reliability for working in a hospital environment
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and an open, personable manner
- Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, organizational talent and a willingness to take responsibility
- Fluent German and good English skills, spoken and written
- Valid driver's license (category B)
- A degree in medical technology, business administration, health management, or comparable experience (preferred)
