About the role
- Lead sales activities for our innovative sports medicine products used in arthroscopy.
- Responsible for the operational and strategic management of your sales territory in Central Switzerland.
- Conduct targeted new customer acquisition and provide support to existing customers regarding the application of our products.
- Implement marketing and sales strategies in collaboration with management.
- Conduct negotiations with OR management, chief physicians, hospital administrations and purchasing departments.
- Prepare and process customer orders tailored to specific needs.
- Advise and train medical and nursing staff on the use of our products.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales experience with complex, technically sophisticated products.
- Industry knowledge in medical technology, e.g., as a surgical technologist/operating room assistant (OTA) or in similar roles within the sector.
- Strong communication skills, creativity and flexibility.
- Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, solution-oriented approach and excellent organizational skills.
- Possession of a valid driving licence (category B).
- Business-fluent German and good English skills.
- Preferred: Degree in biomedical engineering, engineering or business/economics.
- Experience in building long-term, sustainable customer relationships and generating new business.
- Experience dealing confidently with C-suite executives.
