About the role
- After an approximately 6-month onboarding period, you will take over sales activities for our Upper Extremities product line (in particular shoulder and elbow joint replacement products) in clinics and hospitals in the Zurich/Lucerne/Zug/Baden region.
- Maintain and expand existing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and establish new contacts.
- Conduct targeted new customer acquisition and support existing customers, especially physicians, operating room staff and hospital administrations.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales experience with technically complex or consultative products.
- High degree of independence, strong organizational skills and a passion for technical applications related to the human body.
- Customer-focused problem solving: you win and retain customers through reliability and an outstanding service mindset.
- Enjoy presenting and sharing knowledge — including to larger groups.
- Analytical, strategic and focused working style to identify and unlock potential in your sales territory.
- Valid driving licence.
- Business-fluent German and good English skills.
- Preferred: sales experience in medical technology, ideally in Upper Extremities or orthopedics.
- A completed university or paramedical degree in a medical or movement-related field (e.g., sports science, physiotherapy, movement sciences, applied biomechanics), or a degree with a business/marketing focus, as well as experience as an operative technical assistant (OTA) or in comparable roles, is an advantage.
- Experience in project work and good three-dimensional spatial understanding are advantageous.
- Confident handling of the C-suite and experience communicating at management level.
