About the role
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to track portfolio health, KPIs, resources, and milestones.
- Produce weekly and monthly PMO metric reports and trend analyses to measure success and identify improvement opportunities.
- Consolidate and validate data across multiple systems to provide accurate portfolio insights for leadership.
- Support creation of project charters, scope, and Gantt charts, ensuring alignment with portfolio objectives.
- Track and report project timelines, risks, and issues, escalating when necessary to maintain delivery commitments.
- Assist in monitoring budgets, quality plans, and procurement activities to support financial and operational goals.
- Coordinate stakeholder communication and meeting logistics, ensuring timely updates and engagement.
- Prepare governance reporting packages and maintain risk registers and action trackers for assigned projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a PMO, project coordination, or data analysis role
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization best practices
- Experience with Power BI and dashboard development
- CAPM or equivalent certification
- Exposure to portfolio management tools (e.g., Planview, Smartsheet, MS Project)
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid)
