Accurately forecast business and sustainable develop sales pipeline
Attract, develop, engage and lead a high performing sales team, supporting and driving them to accelerate business
Support and collaborate with our Enabling Function teams to ensure a smooth Order to Cash process is maintained and our customers receive the highest level of service
Ensure positive and detailed account communication between the team and other in-house teams, providing feedback to senior management as required
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as revenue, sales activities, and conversion rates, and take corrective actions as necessary.
Lead complex sales cycles typically defined as six months or longer with multiple partners, decision-makers, and influencers at multiple levels
Play an active role in projects / take the lead in key business processes
Be proactive in taking part in wider Stryker initiatives & projects across the region and globally
Requirements
At least 5 years proven success as a high performing senior sales leader
Product and sales knowledge in Medical Device industry, or experience within the theatre environment
Proficiency in CRM’s and MS Office applications
Proficiency in English
Collaborative approach, with the ability to build relationships with teams internally and externally
Conflict resolution and good critical thinking skills
Medical Device Capital Sales Experience
Travel Percentage: 70%
