About the role
- Lead the delivery of post-deal services through strategic customer business reviews.
- Ensure long-term agreements are supported with precision, insight, and care.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver periodic customer business reviews for multi-divisional long-term sales agreements.
- Partner with Customer Solutions teams to aggregate divisional data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Identify root causes of reporting issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to align reporting cadence and content with customer needs.
- Respond to ad hoc customer requests and post-sale support requirements.
- Build thoughtful, insight-driven customer presentations that communicate value and foster long-term partnerships.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of geographically dispersed customers, ensuring consistent and high-touch service.
- Drive operational excellence through capacity planning, process optimization, and timely execution.
- Foster a culture of transparency, ethics, and inclusion within the team.
- Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
- 4+ years of professional experience in analytics, reporting, or customer-facing roles is needed to be a successful applicant.
- 2+ years presenting to Senior Leadership is strongly preferred for this position.
- 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and Model N is strongly preferred.
