About the role

  • Conduct initial conversations and sales calls with qualified e-commerce companies
  • Guide partners through the entire sales process – from first contact to closing
  • Analyze clients' needs and challenges and develop appropriate solutions
  • Prepare bespoke proposals and present services at decision-maker level
  • Maintain the sales pipeline in the CRM and ensure documentation of all activities
  • Work closely with the founding team and contribute your own optimization ideas
  • Build long-term relationships with exciting brands in the DACH region

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent vocational training
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or account executive roles (ideally in e-commerce or an agency environment)
  • Experience selling complex services or solutions in the B2B space
  • Confident presence and clear communication skills
  • Structured, goal-oriented work style with a strong hands-on mentality
  • Willingness to take responsibility and actively contribute to Stronger's growth
  • Good understanding of performance marketing and digital business models
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
