About the role

  • You support the founder in day-to-day operations: planning, prioritization, organization and structured preparation of meetings, documents and decisions
  • Travel & appointment organization: train and flight bookings, calendar management, hotel coordination, event planning
  • Office and administrative tasks: support with bookkeeping (receipt processing), document management, collecting and maintaining documents, coordination with the tax advisor and accounting
  • HR support: assistance in the recruiting process, scheduling interviews, communication with candidates, preparing onboarding and maintaining employee records
  • Communication & coordination: point of contact between the founder, team, external partners and service providers
  • Operational support: organizing team events, preparing internal processes, maintaining tools and systems, and handling small projects to relieve management
  • You proactively identify tasks, prioritize them and ensure the founder can keep their head clear

Requirements

  • You are extremely organized, reliable and work in a structured way — even when things need to happen quickly
  • You love to-do lists, order and clear processes
  • You have a strong sense of responsibility and present yourself professionally both internally and externally
  • You think ahead and recognize what needs to be done next
  • Confident with Google Workspace, digital tools and modern work environments
  • Previous experience as an assistant, office manager, HR assistant or in similar roles is a plus — but not required
  • You enjoy improving processes and actively supporting a growing company
