About the role

  • Work with GTM teams (Sales, Account Management) to define how to expand or improve our cards coverage
  • Work with Partnerships Teams to represent our product and users in negotiation with card networks
  • Engage with merchants to understand their current experience in cards processing
  • Collaborate with Engineering to develop Stripe’s cards network capabilities roadmap
  • Work with Finance to understand the costs of Stripe’s current cards processing capabilities

Requirements

  • Product experience: 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong business acumen
  • Customer and Partner facing experience
  • Operational savvy
  • Analytical horsepower
  • Crisp communicator
  • Results-oriented
  • Nice to haves: Experience in Payments, working with Card Networks or Banking partners.
  • Experience with SQL or a willingness/aptitude to learn
  • Experience in external facing role (sales, partnerships) and business negotiations
