About the role
- Investigate employee relations cases such as policy violations, interpersonal conflicts, performance concerns and workplace behavior issues
- Conduct structured interviews with employees, managers, and witnesses to gather relevant facts
- Document findings and recommendations in a clear, objective, and compliant manner
- Provide guidance to managers on performance management, corrective action, and policy interpretation
- Identify ER patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Assist with policy updates and help ensure consistent application across teams and departments
- Partner with HR teams on engagement initiatives or training needs
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws as well as internal policies
- Maintain confidential records and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and discretion
Requirements
- Three (3) years of employee relations experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
- Highest level of integrity and management of confidential information
- Strong emotional intelligence to engage with all audiences
- Knowledge of HR functions and HR information systems
- MS365 proficient
- Ability to travel 5% of the time
- Ability to clear required background check
