About the role

  • Deliver outstanding customer service across all support channels
  • Provide expert troubleshooting for K12-provided equipment

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED and relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar call center role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in telephone and email etiquette
  • Proficiency in web-based applications; Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with home-based or public/private school education systems
