Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related fields
  • Postgraduate degree in People Management
  • Experience in project management and data analysis
  • Knowledge of strategic planning and development of training programs
  • Proficiency in performance evaluation tools
  • Experience in recruitment and selection
  • Advanced English
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and teamwork skills, and a proactive approach
