• You will work in the People & Culture area on activities focused on People Analytics. Your contribution will be essential to lead projects, ensure optimization and adjustments of internal processes with the goal of reducing costs associated with labor disputes, identify new opportunities for the business area, propose innovative solutions, build strategies to support decision-making, and improve employee experience and engagement.
