About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the recruitment and selection process, from posting vacancies through to hiring selected candidates
- Develop and implement Organizational Development projects aimed at continuously improving processes and the organizational climate
- Administer the benefits offered by the company, ensuring they comply with internal policies and applicable legislation
- Conduct employee performance evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and proposing actions for professional development
- Manage the Human Resources team, ensuring the development and training of staff
- Foster clear communication between employees and company departments, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Pedagogy/Education, or Sociology
- Previous experience in People Management, Recruitment and Selection, Organizational Development, Benefits Administration, and Performance Evaluation
- Knowledge of labor and social security legislation
- Leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and flexible, able to handle adverse situations and ongoing change
