Street Child

Manager

• Represent and grow Street Child Germany as a trusted and impactful non-profit organization
• Develop and implement the Germany fundraising strategy in collaboration with the Board and aligned to our global fundraising strategy
• Lead grant applications and ensure accountability and reporting to German funding partners
• Support and manage our German fundraising team
• Oversee daily operations, including project controlling, finance, administration, HR, and compliance (with support from external fiduciaries and legal partners)
• Drive the optimal level of smart collaboration and healthy relationship, balancing multiple factors, between the German entity and the international Street Child network
• Support governance processes and work closely with the Board on strategy, risk, and reporting
• Drive visibility, partnerships, and future growth opportunities in Germany
