💰 €75,000 - €95,000 per year
About the role
- Active new customer acquisition (cold calling)
- Converting new self-signups in the product (warm calling)
- Discovery calls
- Product demos
- Qualifying leads and managing the entire sales funnel
- Preparing proposals and negotiating through to close
- Full closing responsibility for own deals
- Close collaboration with the Founder/CEO on demos, pitches, pricing, and sales strategy
- Maintaining and documenting all activities in the CRM
- Ongoing market and customer feedback to product and management
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales with personal closing responsibility
- You have independently managed deals through to closing
- High self-motivation, strong result orientation, and self-organization
- Ability to operate without extensive structures, playbooks, or heavy inbound
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in video calls
- Very good German and English, both written and spoken
- Bonus: You have built a sales team before and have worked through all classic sales roles yourself
