Lead the strategic evolution of the SmartCare™ EHR to support whole-person care across behavioral health and integrated physical health settings
Define the product vision while remaining hands-on with strategy execution, including requirements definition, use case documentation, workflow design, UI/UX review, and customer engagement
Collaborate closely with customers, internal teams, and market partners to deliver innovative capabilities
Supervise up to ten employees and carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
Interviewing, hiring and training employees; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in a clinical, informatics, or a related field
Licensed clinical degree: MD/DO, NP (MSN/DNP), PA C (MSPAS), or RN (ADN/BSN)
3+ years clinical experience delivering care in an ambulatory or inpatient setting (MD/DO, NP, PA, RN)
5+ years product management experience designing workflows for physical healthcare environments
CSPO/PSPO, PMP/PMI-ACP, SAFe certification, or similar
Strong understanding of ambulatory workflows
Knowledge of care coordination, referral management, and operational/clinical reporting
Experience in or supporting FQHCs is a plus
Deep experience with EHR, Rx, and pharmacy systems as a clinician, product manager, or both
Demonstrated knowledge of product strategy, requirements, roadmapping, and iterative delivery
Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare regulatory landscape, including ONC, CMS, and DEA EPCS requirements
