Ensure the accuracy, reliability, performance, and regulatory integrity of the company’s EHR product suite
Create and execute structured test cases
Validate complex clinical and operational workflows
Perform end-to-end data integrity checks
Manage the full defect lifecycle
Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and fellow QA staff
Conduct compliance testing with healthcare regulatory and security standards (HIPAA, HL7)
Prepare QA execution reports summarizing test progress, defect metrics, and coverage completeness

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Health Informatics, or related field
2-5 years’ experience in software quality assurance with a strong background in manual functional testing
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test case design, and defect management
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge
Exposure to Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
