About the role
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance including replacement of damaged parts, calibration, installation, inspection, hardware or software upgrades, repairs and testing;
- Plan service visit routes;
- Assist internal and external customers regarding requested issues (by phone, email);
- Provide support to the sales team and other departments involved in the process;
- Prepare technical maintenance reports;
- Participate in and deliver training.
Requirements
- Required - Technical degree/certificate in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics (Control & Automation), Electro-electronics, Industrial Automation, or Biomedical Equipment;
- Desirable - Active CFT registration (Federal Council of Technicians);
- Required - Advanced English;
- Required - Passport;
- Desirable - U.S. visa;
- Desirable - Knowledge of radiology equipment: X-ray, CT (computed tomography), and MRI (magnetic resonance imaging);
- Required - Valid Brazilian driver's license (CNH) - Category B;
- Willingness to undertake a high volume of travel.
