• The Commercial Operations Manager ensures complexity doesn't slow us down
• You'll design and maintain the playbooks, processes, and knowledge systems that help our commercial team deliver consistently excellent work
• Develop and maintain customer rollout playbooks, from onboarding to ongoing value delivery
• Build and curate our internal knowledge base, capturing insights and best practices from customer engagements
• Establish repeatable processes, templates, and workflows that drive operational excellence
• Track and coordinate cross-functional workstreams so nothing falls through the cracks
• Distil patterns across engagements into structured recommendations that improve future rollouts
• Support the co-founders with operational, finance-related, and other priorities critical to a scaling startup
