About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Commercial Operations Manager ensures complexity doesn't slow us down
- You'll design and maintain the playbooks, processes, and knowledge systems that help our commercial team deliver consistently excellent work
- Develop and maintain customer rollout playbooks, from onboarding to ongoing value delivery
- Build and curate our internal knowledge base, capturing insights and best practices from customer engagements
- Establish repeatable processes, templates, and workflows that drive operational excellence
- Track and coordinate cross-functional workstreams so nothing falls through the cracks
- Distil patterns across engagements into structured recommendations that improve future rollouts
- Support the co-founders with operational, finance-related, and other priorities critical to a scaling startup
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years in operations, project management, knowledge management, or a similar structure-bringing role
- Exceptional organisational skills and high attention to detail, without losing the bigger picture
- Strong written communication — you document processes clearly and concisely
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Comfort working across teams and seniority levels, including with founders
- German language is a plus
