• Oversee operational and projected expense plans (budget management).
• Verify invoice compliance with contractual terms and fee schedules.
• Identify trends, discrepancies, deficiencies, and imbalances.
• Support short- and long-term financial planning to improve project and program cost efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operations.
• Prepare accounting and financial reports.
• Manage invoice inquiries and billing disputes.
• Utilize data from multiple systems to produce reports and audit/reconcile inventory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Process service order and incident queues (Adds/Moves/Changes/Disconnects) through defined workflow procedures.
• Participate in technical and management meetings as required.
• Perform month-end and year-end close procedures.
