About the role
- Oversee curriculum development according to external standards and in alignment with university design principles
- Act as a liaison to other departments including Course Development and Learner Affairs
- Utilize analytics and evidence-based practices to drive continuous quality improvement
- Advise the Program Director to maintain alignment between academic offerings and professional trends
- Teach or mentor as assigned
- Contribute to specialized accreditation processes and ensure compliance with standards
Requirements
- Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required
- A minimum of 3 years teaching in an accredited program or related field
- Online higher education teaching experience required
- BCBA certification required, BCBA-D preferred
- Demonstrated leadership in academia or in a practitioner setting preferred
- Ability to travel 10% of time
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs
