Support production units by synthesizing large quantities of data to understand workload, utilization, and capacity
Develop reports to provide business leaders with insights needed to prioritize and manage work
Conduct ongoing analysis to measure outcomes and identify opportunities for operational improvements
Design, build, and maintain analysis models
Identify, extract, and compile data to be analyzed
Analyze data to identify trends, prepare and present findings
Design operational reports to provide visibility to individual and business performance
Collaborate with leadership to ensure business objectives are met
Provide consultative support to help leaders interpret results and take action as needed

Requirements

Strong knowledge and experience utilizing PowerBI
Experience in managing and querying large data sets
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required, preferably in Math/Statistics or related field
Knowledge of SQL, SSMS and PowerQuery preferred
Experience with SalesForce and SalesForce data preferred
2 years’ experience managing data and analysis in a production environment preferred
