About the role
- Support production units by synthesizing large quantities of data to understand workload, utilization, and capacity
- Develop reports to provide business leaders with insights needed to prioritize and manage work
- Conduct ongoing analysis to measure outcomes and identify opportunities for operational improvements
- Design, build, and maintain analysis models
- Identify, extract, and compile data to be analyzed
- Analyze data to identify trends, prepare and present findings
- Design operational reports to provide visibility to individual and business performance
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure business objectives are met
- Provide consultative support to help leaders interpret results and take action as needed
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and experience utilizing PowerBI
- Experience in managing and querying large data sets
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required, preferably in Math/Statistics or related field
- Knowledge of SQL, SSMS and PowerQuery preferred
- Experience with SalesForce and SalesForce data preferred
- 2 years’ experience managing data and analysis in a production environment preferred
